On 20 February 2025, the Obligations Discussion Group will be hosting a panel discussion on Recent Cases in Equity, which will focus on La Micro Group Inc v La Micro Group (UK) Ltd [2024] UKSC 42 and Johnson v FirstRand [2024] EWCA Civ 1282. The event is jointly hosted by the Property Law Discussion Group and the Private Law Research Group.
The session will be chaired by William Swadling, and Jonas Atmaz Al-sibaie, Jordan English and Julius Grower will be speaking.
The event will take place from 12:30-14:00 GMT in the Amersi Lecture Room in Brasenose College.
