The group provides an opportunity to talk about property law and property theory, including real and personal property and trusts. We meet several times each term over a sandwich lunch for a mix of papers given by visiting academics, practitioners, Faculty members, and graduate students. Discussions can be based on finished papers or work in progress, or previously published third-party works. We also like to consider recent developments informally.
The convenors welcome offers to lead discussions or present papers.
