Biography

Peter Lernyei, BA, MSc, MPhil is a Doctoral Candidate in Law at the University of Oxford. Peter's research concerns UK international corporation tax; focusing specifically on the legal, economic, and political constraints impacting the UK's approach to tax policy, both domestically and with respect to cooperation with other states.

Alongside his research, Peter teaches taxation law to students at Oxford and supports the work of the tax law research group.

Before reading for the Doctor of Philosophy in Law, Peter obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence (Law), a Master of Science in Law and Finance, and a Master of Philosophy in Law from Oxford.
