Contract Damages for Defective Construction Work: An Unsolved Puzzle?

Associate Professor Matthew Bell (University of Melbourne) will be presenting his paper titled Contract Damages for Defective Construction Work: An Unsolved Puzzle?  from 1:00pm to 2:00pm BST at the North Lecture Room, St John’s College.

This event will take place in person and simultaneously online. It is a joint event with the Obligations Discussion Group and the Property Law Discussion Group.
