Announcement: Oxford Studies in Asian Laws

The Oxford University Press has created the Oxford Studies in Asian Laws, a new platform for publishing outstanding monographs on new directions in Asian laws. The series is edited by Mindy Chen-Wishart (Emeritus Professor of the Law of Contract at Oxford University and Provost's Professor at the National University of Singapore) and Ngoc Son Bui (Professor of Asian Laws at Oxford University). They have commissioned two books for this new the Series.

The Series welcomes new knowledge in the English language on understudied jurisdictions in East, Southeast, South, and Central Asia. Work in the series will explore not only contemporary legal issues but also philosophical and historical legal issues in the region. The series will publish monographs that employ doctrinal, comparative, socio-legal, philosophical, historical, or anthropological approaches.
