Information security and data privacy awareness training

All staff are expected to complete the Information Security and Data Privacy On-Line Training at the start of their appointment, and then annually thereafter.

This training will get you up to speed on what you need to do to keep University (and your own) data safe. It has been created for self-study and can be completed at any time and pace. Your progress will be bookmarked, and a record of the date of completion and your 'score' will be sent to the Head of Administration and Finance.

If you have any queries on the module please contact the Information Security Team by email at infosec@it.ox.ac.uk.  The course takes about 30 minutes and there is a test that takes about 20 minutes.
