European Commission’s Draft Guidelines on the application of Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union - Reading Group Case Discussion

For this session, we will discuss the European Commission’s Draft Guidelines on the Application of Article 102 TFEU  to abusive exclusionary conduct by dominant undertakings. The event will be held in person. Participants are expected to have read the materials before the event to ensure a fruitful discussion. At the end of the session, participants are also encouraged to share one recent development/judgement in competition law that they find interesting, which may also include those from different jurisdictions.
To allow all participants to engage in the dialogue fully, there will be limited places on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please confirm your attendance at the latest one day before the event.
