Xiaotian Yu

Xiaotian is a DPhil in Law candidate and a member of Wolfson College. Her research focuses on the interpretative authority of contracting parties under international investment agreements, supported by the China Scholarship Council. Xiaotian is supervised by Professor Catherine Redgwell.

Xiaotian holds degrees in law from Xiamen University (LLB (Hons)) and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (LLM (Dist.)). 

She is a co-convenor of the Oxford Public International Law Discussion Group.
