Piero Rios Carrillo

Biography
Piero is a DPhil in Law student at St. Peter's College, Oxford. His doctoral dissertation, which is supervised by Professor Ruth Chang, aims to propose a comparativist account of legal reasoning. His doctoral studies are being generously funded by the Peruvian Government, through the "Generación del Bicentenario" Scholarship.
Piero holds a Bachelor's degree from Universidad Católica San Pablo (Peru), and a Magister Juris from Oxford. Though his research interests lie in jurisprudence and legal philosophy, Piero has some relevant work experience on international litigation, particularly international arbitration.
