Paul Strecker

Paul is the Global Co-Head of Private Equity and a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Paul has over 20 years’ experience in cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, including public and private company acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, strategic alliances, joint ventures and asset sales across a wide range of industries. Paul joined Shearman & Sterling in 1997 and has worked in the New York, San Francisco, Hong Kong and London offices.  Paul read Biological Sciences at Oxford University and received his Juris Doctorate from NYU Law School.
