The Building Project Officer will facilitate the Faculty’s involvement and stakeholder interest in the feasibility study for the Phase III of the St Cross Refurbishment during 2025, through the following activities:

• Providing administrative support within the Law Faculty for the feasibility study, to facilitate senior Faculty engagement with the project
• Monitoring and managing information - e.g. attending Project Sponsor Group meetings and design meetings and maintaining a joint project SharePoint site.
• Communication - organising the Phase III Working Group, and communicating with all stakeholders through emails, messages, surveys, meetings, and a project web page.
• Provide direct liaision with the English Faculty and the English Library throughout their relocation to the Schwartzman Centre
