Nevena Krivokapic Martinovic

Nevena Krivokapic Martinovic has been collaborating with the University of Oxford from 2013, where she serves as Moot Coordinator of the International Competition “Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition”, consisting of 7 regional rounds on 4 continents.

Nevena is a media lawyer, specializing in online media, freedom of expression in the digital environment and information privacy based in Serbia. Nevena has specific experience in working with online and traditional media, as well as the wider digital and media environment both in domestic as well as international framework. As of 2013, Nevena is a member of non-profit SHARE Foundation as its Coordinator for freedom of expression and online media. She dedicated her work to exploring the new media ecosystem and position of online media in terms of implementation of human rights standards in the digital environment. Media law has become the focus of her career in 2011, during her studies, when she was a member of the winning team of the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, when they won "Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition" at the University of Oxford.
