Murray is a partner in the Corporate group in London. He advises listed companies, financial sponsors and sovereign wealth funds on a wide range of M&A and corporate finance matters. Most of his deals have a significant international dimension, and he has deep experience working with clients in emerging and frontier markets.
He is a member of the City of London Law Society Company Law Committee.
