Jinghe Fan

Jinghe Fan is a DPhil in Law candidate. Her research focuses on the legal nature of algorithmic proactive measures by examining anti-discrimination law and personal data protection law in the UK and European countries. She is also a co-convener of the Future of Technology and Society Discussion Group.
