Jagna Mucha

Jagna is a Ph.D. candidate in law at the University of Warsaw, Poland. Academic interests revolve around alternative dispute resolution methods in the European Union with special focus on consumer disputes.
Her research project to be conducted at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies will explore the legal and practical issues regarding the implementation of the directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution for the consumer disputes into national legislations. The plan involves analysing the forthcoming changes after the regulation no. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution becomes effective.
