David Weatherall

Visiting Expert in energy efficiency policy.

David has been an Incoming Knowledge Exchange Fellow in the Oxford Law Faculty, for two periods, both funded by the ESCR Impact Acceleration Account held by Oxford University's Social Sciences Division. These periods were January to July 2016, and January to June 2017.

David works with Professor Susan Bright on energy issues in multi-occupancy and multi-ownership buildings.
