Catherine Sato

Catherine Sato is a recognised student at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, Faculty of Law for TT2022. She is a DPhil candidate at the Law Faculty of the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil. She is a CAPEX/PROEX scholarship holder. Her research focuses on duties of care as an interface between Risk Regulation and Criminal Law. 

Catherine completed a Master's degree in Criminal Law and a degree in Law, both at the Law Faculty of the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil.
