Biography

 

Dr. Boppre's research examines women and youth system-involvement, correctional policies, and the impacts of incarceration on families. She seeks to amplify the voices of system-involved people and their families through her scholarship by using feminist and participatory action research methods. Her work has been published in various peer-reviewed outlets, such as Justice Quarterly, Feminist Criminology, International Journal of Offender Therapy and Comparative Criminology, Corrections: Policy, Practice, and Research.
