Aubrey Favors

Aubrey Favors is a DPhil candidate in criminology. His research focuses on correctional officers' organizational culture and experiences in the U.S. 

Before starting his graduate studies in criminology, Favors worked as a probation officer in the U.S., where he first developed an interest in studying the culture of law enforcement officers. 

Favors holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Georgetown University, as well as a Master of Philosophy in Criminological Research from the University of Cambridge.
