Biography
Anlei Zuo is a PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong. He will be visiting the Centre from May to August in 2017 to further his research on “International Law as the Language and Culture of Global Governance: Historical and Comparative Studies on UK, U.S. and China”. Anlei has just finished his PhD thesis titled “The Institutional Fragmentation of International Intellectual Property Law in A World Society: Ontological Ethos, Structural Biases and Regime Interaction”. He has been a visiting scholar at the Lauterpacht Centre of International Law, University of Cambridge, in 2016, and a guest researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition (Munich) in 2015.
