Amy Hemsworth

Amy is a DPhil candidate in Administrative Law at University College, Oxford, supervised by Dr Joanna Bell. Her project, 'An Analysis of System-Focused Judicial Review in England and Wales', examines the extent to which, and in what ways, courts in our legal system are able to conduct judicial review of administrative systems rather than just of individual decisions. She teaches Constitutional Law at St Hilda's College and is a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Family Law.

Prior to commencing her DPhil, Amy completed her BA in Jurisprudence with German Law at the University of Oxford in 2022 and read for the Bachelor of Civil Law in 2022-23. In summer 2022, she was a Bonavero Summer Fellow at Turpin & Miller LLP.
