The Procedural Justice and Evidence Discussion Group is a forum for discussing issues concerning the fields of Civil Procedure and Evidence law. The Group hosts a number of events each term, in which original pieces of scholarly work by legal practitioners, researchers, and other experts on procedural and evidence law, addressing both practical and theoretical questions, are presented, discussed, and debated. The Group’s events purport to attract the attention of graduate students and other members of the Law Faculty, who are interested in those topics.
The Procedural Justice and Evidence Discussion Group is currently convened by Professor Andrew Higgins and DPhil student Christoforos Tsavatopoulos.
The convenors would be grateful to receive suggestions as to topics for discussion and potential speakers. Anyone who is interested in presenting their work in one of the Group’s events are kindly invited to contact the convenors.
