Biography
Paul Oudin is a DPhil in Law candidate at the University of Oxford under the supervision of Professor Luca Enriques. His research relates to the European insider trading regime.
Paul is also a practising lawyer at Vermeille & Co (France), an associate editor of the Oxford Business Law Blog, a Steering Committee member of the Rules for Growth Institute and a representative member of the ECGI.
His main areas of interest are financial regulation, law & economics and market microstructure.
Paul worked for various international law firms before starting his DPhil at the University of Oxford. He graduated from the MSc in Law and Finance of the University of Oxford and the Magistère Juriste d'Affaires of Panthéon-Assas University.
