Yuxue Fang

Yuxue is a DPhil candidate at Keble College, Oxford. She holds degrees of MPhil and MJur (Oxford), MSc in Global China Studies (Hong Kong) and LLB (Shandong). Her current DPhil research evaluates political, legal and administrative accountability mechanisms in the PFI/PPP initiatives in the UK from a constitutional law perspective.  The thesis is supervised by Professor Paul Craig. Her academic interests include UK public law, constitutional theory and Chinese law.
