Jeffrey N. Gordon

Prof. Gordon is the Richman Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, Co-director of the Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership, and Co-director of the Richman Center for Business, Law and Public Policy.  He is a Fellow of the European Corporate Governance Institute. He publishes extensively in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and, most recently, the regulation of financial institutions.
