Hasan Dindjer
Biography
Hasan Dindjer is an Associate Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law and the Blanesburgh Fellow and Tutor in Law at Balliol College. He researches and teaches broadly across public law and philosophy of law, as well as related areas of moral and political philosophy. In public law, he has focused especially on understanding and assessing standards of review in administrative law—particularly the standard of reasonableness. In philosophy of law, he has worked on foundational questions about the nature of law, including in relation to contemporary challenges to legal positivism.
Hasan was previously an Examination Fellow at All Souls College, Oxford, where he completed his DPhil. He read for his BA and BCL at New College, Oxford, and an LLM at Harvard Law School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
