New book – ‘Emergent Medicine and the Law’ co-authored by Jonathan Herring

‘Emergent Medicine and the Law’ by Jonathan Herring and Dr P-L Chau has been published by Springer.  This interdisciplinary book explores the relationship between law and scientific advancement.  The book considers the challenges that developments in medicine will bring to traditional legal tools in a wide range of issues ranging from reproduction to neuroscience; from sexuality to death.
