Shona Minson publishes blog post on contact between children and imprisoned parents during the pandemic

The post addresses the rights of children to see their parents during the pandemic since the Ministry of Justice announced that there would be no family visits.  Shona Minson argues that this is a breach of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989).
