'Comparative Human Rights Law' by Sandra Fredman has been published by OUP.

The books sets out cross-cutting themes which shape the ways judges respond to challenging human rights issues and applies these cross-cutting themes to comparing human rights law in five key jurisdictions. It explores particularly challenging issues such as the death penalty, abortion, housing, health, speech, education, and religion, and transcends the distinction between socio-economic rights and civil and political rights.

Sandra Fredman is Rhodes Professor of the Laws of the British Commonwealth and the USA and Director of the Oxford Human Rights Hub.
