Professor John Armour elected as a Fellow of the British Academy

The British Academy has today announced the election of 66 new Fellows, representing the very best of humanities and social sciences research, in the UK and globally. Hogan Lovells Professor of Law and Finance John Armour has been elected as a Fellow of the British Academy this time. 

John's research area is given as: Law’s role in facilitating and regulating business activity: integrating legal and economic analysis in the domestic and comparative study of company law, corporate governance, financial regulation and insolvency. 

Congratulations to John. He joins his Faculty colleagues Pinsent Masons Professor of Taxation Law Judith Freedman, Professor Hugh Collins and Professor Paul Craig, amongst others, who also hold the honour of FBA.
