Bonavero Institute Building Update

The Bonavero Institute building project is now focussing on the external works. At the rear of the building (running adjacent to 'Love Lane') backfilling, casting the retaining walls, and installing land drains has now begun. 

Within the accommodation area, the metal staircase has been installed and the glass balustrades for the half landings are in progress.  Disabled toilets are now having their ceilings installed and the painters have commenced touch-ups and snagging within the bedrooms. The final design of the front glazed windows has been completed and the windows are in manufacture. In the lower two floors the framing for the auditorium seating is being installed and the projector wall constructed.
