Discussion on current issues in the law of treaties

On the occasion of the publication of Eirik Bjorge's The Evolutionary Interpretation of Treaties  (OUP) and of the Research Handbook on the Law of Treaties  (Elgar), co-edited by Antonios Tzanakopoulos, PIL @ Oxford organised a discussion on current issues in the law of treaties on Monday, 3 November 2014 from 5-7pm in The Cube, in St Cross Building. The meeting was chaired by Catherine Redgwell, Chichele Professor of Public International Law, and there were short presentations by Eirik Bjorge, Christian J Tams, and Antonios Tzanakopoulos commented upon by Sir Frank Berman QC, Visiting Professor of Public International Law. A reception followed.
