Oxford Legal Studies Research Paper Series

During 2010, 17 issues of our Legal Studies RPS on SSRN were published. This e-journal contains recent and working papers by the Oxford Law Faculty. The RPS, edited by Professor Christopher McCrudden and Dr Justine Pila, is now in its fifth year. Papers included in the RPS over the years are available on our SSRN webpages. Subscriptions, which are free, are also available from that site.
