Judge Theodore Meron Scholarship in Public International Law
This Scholarship was established by Theodore Meron, a notable judge, scholar and author of international humanitarian law, human rights, and international criminal law. He is also an Honorary Fellow of Trinity College.
The Scholarship is for candidates accepted on to the DPhil in Law with a preference for the area of Public International Law. It will be combined with funding from the Faculty of Law to cover full fees (home level only) and a maintenance grant at the level of the Research Council stipend for the duration of the award-holder’s fee liability (i.e. up to three academic years).
All applications offered a place on the DPhil in Law will be automatically considered for this scholarship, whether or not they originally applied to Trinity College.
Applicants must submit their DPhil Law applications to the University of Oxford by the January application deadline
