Virtual Law Fair
An event not to be missed whether you are a law or non-law student, and whatever the stage of your legal career planning may be, or your awareness of the legal profession.
Organisations attending will include Barristers Chambers, Solicitors' Practices and Law Course Providers. We are tremendously fortunate that these firms and chambers are continuing to support our own Law Fair this year.
General information
Access to this event is exclusively for Oxford students (undergraduate & post graduate) and Oxford Alumni so this will mean that you should have plenty of time (between 12 and 6pm) to explore your options and talk with representatives. This is a new experience for all of us but please do take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. An easy first point of access (once you are inside the virtual fair) is to just drop the organisations you are interested in a message via the “chat” function. They can then either respond back in writing or they may ask for a quick phone call or video call with you if you are free and happy to do so.
The fair booklet is available now so that you can start to plan who you might like to talk to at the event. And you can sign up for the fair by following this link.
Don’t forget to make a note of any relevant contact details if you want to follow up with a specific person at a later date, as you will not be able to retrieve them from the platform after 6pm on 21st October.
If you have any questions on the day either about the fair or about your legal career then please feel free to contact the Careers Adviser team via our stand. We will have several advisers available throughout the fair – so head to the Careers Service stand and just drop us a quick message in the chat!
We hope you enjoy it!
Please note that unfortunately, 4 New Square are no longer able to attend with representatives but they have posted up useful information on their stand and if you have further questions you can contact the Chambers PA.
