Unlocking the potential of AI in English Law : Martin Schmalz workshop

This talk gives a synopsis of the first chapter of Martin’s upcoming book of the same title. The first chapter captures the economics of Big Data, ML, and AI applications in financial services and insurance. Legal limits, and in particular discrimination, privacy, and competition laws, are a first-order business risk for data-driven business models.
