The Oxford Business Law Workshop is a weekly forum for the presentation and discussion of current research in the field of business law, broadly construed. The convenor for the 2020-2021 series is Thom Wetzer, Associate Professor of Law and Finance. Presentations are given by a mix of external speakers, faculty visitors, and faculty members and research students. Papers are normally circulated in advance via the mailing list. The workshop attracts an interdisciplinary mix of participants, with colleagues and students from the Faculty of Law, the Saïd Business School, the Blavatnik School of Government, and the Department of Economics. The workshops provoke lively and constructive discussions. Unless otherwise indicated, workshops during the 2020-2021 academic year will be hosted online.
