Slaughter and May request the pleasure of your company at a presentation to be held in Gulbenkian Lecture Theatre, Law Faculty, Oxford on 26 October 2017 from 5.30 pm.
The presentation will be given by partners, associates and trainees who worked on this transaction which, when announced, was the 14th largest M&A deal in history and the biggest deal in the oil and gas sector for more than a decade.
