The "Refugee Crisis": Challenges and Implications for International and EU Law

This event will examine the legal questions arising from the so-called "refugee crisis", looking at implications for International and European refugee law frameworks, the Schengen aquis and the Dublin system as well as for private vessels engaged in maritime search and rescue.
