Reframing Jurisdiction: A New Scheme?

At this meeting of the Conflict of Laws Discussion Group, Emeritus Professor Adrian Briggs QC and Professor Andrew Dickinson will present to the group their proposed scheme for reform of English jurisdictional rules in advance of presenting to the British Institute of International and Comparative Law on 11 May.

The meeting will be held in person at St Catherine’s College in the JCR Lecture Theatre and will begin at 12.30pm (finishing by 2pm). A light sandwich lunch will be provided before discussion (next door in the JCR Private Dining Room).
