On the ninth of February, we will convene our second graduate research colloquium, together with the Edinburgh University Public Law Discussion Group.

We will hear papers on the following topics with commentary by graduate students and early career researchers here at Oxford:

"Political Parties, Innovation and the Law"

"The Leviathan’s Rule of Law: Hobbes’s Solution to the Pamphleteers’ Problem"

"Mair nonsense is uttered in his name than ony’s, barring Liberty and Christ: the Sewel convention in the Supreme Court"

"The persistent struggle to hold the government into account – the case of delegated powers in the Great Repeal Bill"

All are welcome. We will circulate a timetable closer to the time.
