Professor Andrew Ashworth will present on Problems in Proportionality. Parts 1-3 of Chapter 4 of Sentencing and Criminal Justice will be relevant to discussion and Professor Ashworth will also draw on the Sentencing Council's Child Cruelty: Consultation. Copies of the relevant pages will be available at the seminar.
