The Bonavero Institute for Human Rights, together with Oxford University Law Faculty’s Programme for the Foundations of Law and Constitutional Government, invites you to a conference on Political Parties, Partisanship and the Constitution.

Parties are enigmatic subjects of constitutional law. Modern constitutions have largely acknowledged the need to accommodate partisan behaviour but many constitutional orders remain ambivalent, and at times hostile, towards political parties.

The conference will be held on the Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th June 2019 at the Bonavero Institute, Mansfield College, Oxford.  You can view the schedule here.

You can find more about the conference here.
