Valsamis and Jacob are currently preparing a special issue for European Law Journal on this topic. Jacob also recently secured a book contract with Hart on "Normative Foundations for Integrated EU Criminal Justice".

The seminar will be held next Wednesday, 27 April 2022, 1pm - 2pm (UK time). Please note that this seminar is in week 1 of Trinity Term (not our usual week 2).

As always, the event will be hybrid. For those of you in Oxford, please come to the Platnauer room, Brasenose College, from 12.30 for a light sandwich lunch. For those of you who want to join online, please sign up to receive an invitation to the webinar. Please use the following link to register, and we will send you the Teams link a day before the webinar: Microsoft Form - Registration

Also, those of you who are interested in reading their draft paper but are planning to attend in person (and thus have not filled in the online participation form), please send us an email to ask for the paper.

Looking forward to seeing you next week!
