Agnes Fletcher was centrally involved in the lobbying and direct action that led to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. At the Disability Rights Commission until 2007 and for the past 11 years as an independent advisor, consultant and trainer, she has worked with more than 100 organisations to implement equality legislation and increase confidence about harnessing the benefits of diversity.

In this event, part of the Mansfield College Lecture Series, Agnes Flethcher will be reflecting on identity, belonging and the meaning of disability.
