Legal NLP in China and England
During this workshop, we will explore and compare approaches to natural language processing (NLP) in legal domains in China and England. Research groups from the Tsinghua University Institute for Studies on Artificial Intelligence and Law and the University of Oxford's Unlocking the Potential of AI for English Law project will discuss the context of online courts (including the Internet Courts of China), legal data acquisition and management, NLP applications that help to address issues in technologically-enhanced litigation, and future work in this field.
