Dr John Avery Jones spent 20 years sitting in the tax tribunals and can properly be recognised as a foremost authority on disputes and resolution. He has lectured on tax at the University of Leiden, the London School of Economics and the Vienna University of Economics. On Wednesday the 21st of October at 1pm, John will be coming to the Tax Law and Policy Discussion Group to give an account his experiences as a specialist judge at the coal-face of the administration of justice. Tea, Coffee, Biscuits and Sandwiches will be provided as usual. The meeting will take place in the Oakeshott Room of Lincoln College.
