IP Diploma Alumni Event
The Faculty of Law and the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre cordially invites all graduates of the PG Diploma of Intellectual Property Law and Practice to the Intellectual Property Diploma Alumni Event 2019. We are delighted to welcome Lord Kitchin as our guest speaker. The title of his talk is "Finding common ground – the developing approach of UK courts to FRAND licensing, equivalents and second medical use claims." Date: Thursday 6 June 2019 Venue: The Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5AG Programme: 6.30pm: Registration and welcome drinks 7.00pm: Talk, followed by drinks and canapés Lord Kitchin will explore the approach of UK courts to these issues and whether it has moved towards that of the courts in other EPC states, particularly Germany.
