This Law and Finance Roundtable, convened by Professor Jennifer Payne and Professor Louise Gullifer, will explore issues relating to the holding of securities through intermediaries, including rehypothecation and conflicts of laws issues arising in relation to intermediated securities. It will also focus on the duties of investment intermediaries, and include discussion of the Law Commission’s current consultation (Fiduciary Duties of Investment Intermediaries, Law Com Consultation No 215).
