Kate Smith is a senior researcher at the Institute for Fiscal Studies. She will be giving a seminar entitled “Intemporal income shifting and taxing owners of closely held companies”. The paper that the seminar is based on is co-authored by Helen Miller, Deputy Director and head of the tax sector of the IFS, and Thomas Pope who is an economist working at the IFS
